Reptora catches the punch. Alysii just smirks.

Reptora- OW! Needles! They were in your hand.

Alysii- Yup. Now take this. *Charging Sound* Light!

Hand-Cuffs made of light are put around Reptora.

Reptora- Knives of Darkness... Rapid Blades!

Alysii- AH...

Alysii starts to bleed very badly.

Alysii- This guys too good for me... I have to keep going! Light Freeze! He's frozen for now but... I don't know how long I can keep this up... uh...

Reptora- Die! Twin Blades of Death!

Ragnarok looked at Zaktar. "So...you're back..."

"I had...business to do."

"Anyway...I'll explain later, but we have to go!!!"

"I feel ignored..." Luna said, head down.

Ragnarok, Zaktar and Luna all ran back towards where Reptora and Alysii were fighting. Alysii was on the ground, and Reptora was about to kill her. As Reptora's sword came down on Alysii, another sword blocked it right in front of her face.

"Ragnarok!" Alysii said gleefully

Ragnarok was then in Ratatosk mode. "You have no idea how much trouble you're in." He threatened. "You better pray to the angels one last time..."

"You...You're not he same!" Reptora exclaimed."You're like a different person!"

"Like the person who's gonna kill you!" Ragnarok retorted.

"I don't have time for this!" Reptora said.

"Oh...But I do!!"

The two clashed, resulting in a large dual sworded battle that seemed equal. Reptora landed a clear hit right in Ragnarok's chest, the most unprotected part of his body.

"You...bas..tard..." Ragnarok fell to the ground, unconsious.

"I'll let you live..for now..." Reptora said turning away.

"Hey wait!!!" Alysii said "What bond do you and Ragnarok share!?"

"Ask him..." Reptora said "Oh...and he'll be unconscious for a few days. your best bet is Flanoir."

"Ok..."

Alysii looked and found the core that was hidden in Ragnarok's jacket.

"Well, lucky us!"

A giant root had grown out of the wall. Blocking the doorway locking them in.

Alysii- This bites!

Zaktar- I'm back!!!

Alysii throes Ragnarok at Zaktar, but Zaktar is not looking so...

Zaktar- AHHH !!!

"The entrance is blocked, and we have an unconscious leader..." Alysii sighed "Splee"

"Well Reptora's gone, at least." Luna said "What's with that guy?"

"We'll have to wait and see..." Zaktar said

Days went by. With everyone's mana depleted, no one could destroy the huge roots blocking the exit. After a long while, Ragnarok finally awoke.

"Ow... what happened?"

"You nearly died" Luna said, smirking. *It's night time.*

"So...Who is Reptora?" Alysii asked.

"Reptora is my friend. Long ago, after my village got ravaged by green mist, Reptora brought me under his care. He crafted swords for me and found that they were so good, he'd make some for himself as well. That explains the identical swords... He taught me everything I know." Ragnarok began. "Reptora and I traveled together for years, trying to figure out why mana abnormality has been around the country recently. But now he works for cruxis...He wouldn't kill me out of sentiment."

"So that explains a lot..." Luna said "Anyways, BURN DOWN THE WALL!"

"Breath of fire!"

The breath of fire ravaged the wall and its roots, clearing the exit of the temple.

"Where to Tenebrae?" Alysii asked

"I believe Tonitrus's core is in the temple of lightning."

"Then let's go to Sybak." Ragnarok said "I have some business there."

"Mind enlightening us?" Luna asked.

"No..."

"Fine...be that way."
